Analyzer Reagent Bottles
Precision reagent bottles for clinical chemistry and immunoassay analyzers, made to tight dimensional tolerances for automated probe access. Our wedge, square and round designs are compatible with major analyzer platforms. Glass Vials
Clear and amber glass vials and screw-cap amber glass bottles for calibrators, controls, lyophilised reagents and light-sensitive solutions. From 3 mL to 30 mL with rubber stopper, flip-off, aluminium crimp and screw-cap closures.
Plastic Bottles
Linden Grup manufactures HDPE, PP and PET plastic bottles for laboratory, diagnostic and pharmaceutical use. Every bottle is blow-moulded in-house under ISO 13485 controls for consistent wall thickness and leak-free closures.
Bulk Containers
Bulk containers from 100 mL to 20 L for storing and shipping reagents, buffers, diluents and laboratory liquids. Round bottles cover kit and sample packs, while jerrycans handle bulk supply and instrument system liquids.
Plastic Drums
Plastic drums from 80 L to 250 L for bulk reagents, laboratory chemicals and process liquids. They suit storage, internal transfer and shipment of large volumes between production, filling and the laboratory.

Manufacturing
Bottles and closures are produced by injection and blow molding in our facility in Türkiye. Molding and packing of sensitive items take place in a controlled room. Molds are designed in-house, so dimensions and neck finishes can be adapted to your filling line and analyzer.
- All products are molded from virgin, prime-grade resin bought from the resin producer, with no recycled material and no regrind on the line.
- Injection blow molding and extrusion blow molding for HDPE, PP, PET and LDPE
- Neck finishes such as 28/410 and GL45, with dimensional checks on every lot
- Packing in PE bags and cartons inside the controlled room
- Lot number on every carton, traceable to resin batch and production date

What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity depends on the item, the color and the decoration. Standard items from existing molds have lower minimums than custom colors or printed bottles. The exact MOQ is stated in each quotation.
Can we receive samples before placing an order?
Yes. Samples of standard items are supplied for fit, filling and compatibility tests. State the product code, the quantity needed and the delivery address in your request.
What is the usual lead time?
Lead time is confirmed in the quotation. It depends on order volume, resin, color and printing. Custom mold projects add time for mold design, mold manufacture and sample approval.
Do you build custom molds?
Yes. Mold design is done in-house. We work from your technical drawing, a reference bottle or an analyzer compartment specification, then supply validation samples before serial production.
Which documents are supplied with the products?
Every carton carries a lot number for traceability. Certificates of conformity, resin material declarations and technical drawings with dimensions and tolerances are available on request.
