Frequently asked questions
What information should a request include?
List the product codes or a description, annual and per order quantities, resin, color, closure type and any printing or labeling. Attach drawings or photos of a reference bottle if available.
Can samples be sent with the quotation?
Yes. Samples of standard items can be dispatched with or after the quotation. Mark the sample option in the form and give the delivery address and courier account if you have one.
Do you sign an NDA for custom projects?
Yes. For custom molds and private label projects we sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before drawings and specifications are exchanged.
